I believe every person deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and valued.
My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you can slow down, explore what is happening in your life, and begin to understand yourself with greater compassion.
Counselling is not about “fixing” you. It is about getting curious, developing awareness, and building tools that support your emotional well-being and growth.
Through a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and culturally responsive approach, we work together to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns so that you can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
My approach draws from evidence-based practices including:
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Mindfulness and nervous system regulation
-
Somatic awareness
-
Strength-based and neuroaffirming approaches
I currently offer online counselling for individuals ages 10 and older.
